Designs and develops learning solutions to address anticipated business needs and identified business challenges. Learning professional, instructional designer and classroom instructor with responsibility for enhancing frontline associate performance by designing and facilitating training sessions.


* Designs instructional materials and course content, including but not limited to learning objectives, storyboards, job aids, administrative instructions, train-the-trainer, and evaluation criteria in accordance with established standards and methodologies
* Delivers and facilitates multiple training courses/modules to support frontline associates, up to 50% of time
* Utilizes instructional technology media and tools, including but not limited to WebEx, video, and web-design software
* Designs and implements module modifications, within established standards and methodologies, based on demonstrated expertise in assigned curriculum(s), including but not limited to train-the-trainer
* Responsible for analyzing business challenges, identifying trends and recommending valued-added learning solutions
* Provides recommendations for integrating learning solutions into Dynamic Beginnings model and other existing programs
* Participates on virtual teams in a highly-matrix organization as a collaborative team member
* Continually meets client expectations with on-time delivery while managing competing priorities and deadlines
* Manages own training classroom(s), including but not limited to room set-up, in-session tidiness, and post-session cleaning
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Travel as required, up to 50%
* Associate's degree or equivalent certification and/or work experience required
* Bachelor's degree in instructional design or training development preferred
* Minimum of 4 years of applicable formal training/teaching experience with 2 or more years of curriculum design and development required
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills required
* Project management experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
* Proficiency in at least one advanced instructional technology media/tool preferred
* Experience with Visio, Microsoft Project, Adobe Writer, Adobe Presenter, Captivate, SnagIt, Macromedia Dreamweaver and facilitation via WebEx preferred
* Strong business acumen required
* Team player with excellent consulting skills and senior presence required
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
* Demonstrated experience communicating with multiple levels of management and peers preferred
* Working knowledge of cellular/advanced wireless communication preferred
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsible for creating work schedules using the Workforce Planning forecasting / scheduling software. Monitors day-to-day department/center performance; alerts management to discrepancies or issues around changing service levels. Maintains schedules and conducts all shift processes. Coordinates with Telecom department for moves / adds / changes for associates.

* Monitors real-time performance. Alerts management to discrepancies or real-time changes in service levels.
* Establish and maintain communications channels regarding events that impact call volume.
* Proactively collaborates with other departments; call center staff and Regional Support Organization to identify opportunities for improvement of resource utilization, and provide input on performance.
* Maintains and updates Associate database for scheduling purposes. Works with leadership to update and maintain associate benefit history.
* Conducts schedule optimization and schedule bidding in accordance to established guidelines.
* Receives and processes calls on a daily basis for scheduling needs and adjustments. 
* Processes all hourly, daily and weekly reporting as needed by center management.
* Provides associate/coach training on resource planning policies and procedures.
* Serves as a point of contact for questions on resource planning policies and procedures.
* Serves as interface/subject matter expert for workforce management and call performance software.
* Assists in other tasks or projects as assigned.
* Must be able to work 6am-8pm Monday - Friday and rotating Saturdays and Sundays
* High School diploma or equivalency certification required; some college preferred
* Highly organized with demonstrated organizational, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills 
* Minimum of three years customer service experience preferred, with emphasis on cellular service preferred
* Previous work experience as a scheduling analyst or in the workforce planning environment utilizing eWFM or like scheduling software in an inbound call center on a large scale.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Knowledge of ACD systems including and Symposium including agent database, basic call routing, and reporting, and Real Time Monitoring preferred
