In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your ability for prospecting and developing new business as well as generating more revenue through strong relationships with existing clients. Your ability to provide an excellent customer experience for medium-to-large sized business customers across various sectors will be key to your success. Your knowledge in serving customers in varying management levels such as a purchasing manager or small business owner will also help you succeed in this role. As this position is territory-based, you'll need to have a strong sense of self-motivation and be used to working independently.

You'll gain an edge if you have earned an associate's degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred. You'll need to have three to five years' experience in a consultative, needs based selling environment. Previous wireless experience would be helpful, but experience in other contract based industries such as copier or software sales would also help you succeed in this position. Experience in outside sales is what will prepare you for this role; if your experience is in inside sales or account management only, you'll need to have served in outside sales before being considered for this opportunity.

We'll want to hear about how you've successfully developed strategies for managing a territory, including organizing and planning, with excellence. Past experience in wireless as well as retail will be helpful in this role, giving you a solid background that will help you ensure your sales teams understand our products and services and are equipped to serve our customers' needs with excellence. To be able to serve both our customers' and associates' needs, you will need to travel frequently, visiting locations within your market. In addition, you will travel to leadership events and meetings occasionally.
